Erika Keller grew up in a military family and began her ballet training in Germany, where she earned a scholarship to study ballet under the London based RAD syllabus. She continued her training upon returning to the United States with a heavy focus on classical ballet and joined Columbia City Ballet before attending the University of South Carolina, majoring in Fashion Merchandising. After moving to NYC in 2009, Erika built her career in the fashion industry, while also performing as a freelance artist with tri-state area companies including Ballet for Young Audiences, Albano Ballet, Jersey City Ballet, and Dances Patrelle. She also performed as a principal guest artist across the country with small regional companies and pre-professional studio companies.
In 2019, Erika began creating repertoire for American Liberty Ballet, where she spent years as a principal artist. Her choreographic work has been presented at renowned venues such as New York Live Arts, Abrons Arts Center, Peridance, Arts on Site, and Madison Square Park. In 2023, she was commissioned by composer Alex Wakim to choreograph for his ambitious, multimedia production Dust and Ions at Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, a highlight of her choreographic career.
Tori is a passionate dance + acrobatics educator with 20+ years of training and 9+ years of teaching. She’s represented Team Canada at the IDO World Championships (winning multiple podium finishes), trained at École Nationale de Cirque in Montréal, and taught everyone from preschool dancers to pro athletes—including the Montreal Alouettes CFL team.
Diagnosed with Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in 2024, Tori now brings an even deeper awareness of safe, sustainable training to her students—blending artistry, athleticism, and compassion. Her mission? To help dancers move with confidence, curiosity, and joy.
Lexxi, a Charleston native, has been dancing for over a decade and grew up immersed in the competitive dance world. After graduating high school, she trained at AMDA (The American Musical and Dramatic Academy) in Los Angeles, where she expanded her artistry through both stage and on-camera performance, including acting classes that deepened her connection to movement and storytelling. When the pandemic brought her back to the East Coast, Lexxi continued her training at Louisburg College in North Carolina, refining her technique and versatility. Passionate about jazz, contemporary, and hip hop, Lexxi brings energy, creativity, and heart to every class. She’s thrilled to inspire the next generation of Stage Door dancers — reminding them to never stop chasing their dreams and always give their best self.
Jatae is a passionate and dynamic dance educator with over 20 years of training and performance experience. A true versatile artist, she has mastered a wide range of styles — including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, tap, lyrical, modern, pointe, and pom. Jatae’s performance career includes dancing as a member of Clemson University’s Official Dance Team, the Rally Cats, and later as a professional dancer for the NBA’s Houston Rockets. Her journey through both collegiate and professional dance has shaped her belief that movement is far more than technique — it’s a language of confidence, creativity, and discipline. Jatae is dedicated to inspiring her students to express themselves fully, work hard, and discover their unique voice through dance.
Halle White is a Charleston-based choreographer, performer, and educator with a passion for creating inclusive, inspiring spaces for young artists. A graduate of the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Dance (Performance and Choreography) and a minor in Arts Management, Halle’s choreography has earned multiple honors, including the 2023 Breakthrough Choreographer Award and 2024 Best Choreography Award.
She has choreographed for competitive programs, taught throughout the Lowcountry, and serves as a Teaching Artist and Company Programs Associate with Annex Dance Company—bringing dance to schools and communities through partnerships with Engaging Creative Minds and the Gaillard Center.
Born and raised in Awendaw, SC, Jade Amani is an accomplished dancer, choreographer, and performer whose artistry spans theater, fashion, and film. A graduate of Wando High School, Jade discovered her passion for dance while choreographing for her school’s show choir and has since trained with world-renowned artists and appeared in national campaigns for GoldToe and MAC Cosmetics, as well as Charleston Fashion Week and East Coast tours with the American Heart Association.
As a resident choreographer for multiple studios and production companies across the Lowcountry, Jade brings unmatched confidence and charisma to every class. Her Heels classes are sassy, sultry, and empowering—blending jazz technique, floor work, and pop/R&B hits to leave dancers feeling bold and unstoppable. (Knee pads and lace-up heels recommended!)
Miss Camille is a powerhouse technician with elite training in Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet. She began her training at the renowned Columbia City Jazz Conservatory under Dale Lam, studying a wide range of styles including jazz, ballet, pointe, contemporary, modern, tap, and hip hop. Her dedication and versatility earned her acceptance into the prestigious SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance, one of the top dance programs in the country.
A School of the Arts Scholar at the College of Charleston, Camille earned both her BA in Dance and BS in Exercise Science , giving her a rare and refined blend of artistic depth and anatomical knowledge. She has performed works by celebrated choreographers such as Desmond Richardson, Sonya Tayeh, Peter Chu, and Jae Man Joo , and has been featured in productions with Columbia City Jazz, College of Charleston, Robert Ivey Ballet, and even HBO’s Righteous Gemstones .
Competitive dancers know her well — Camille placed Top 10 at The Dance Awards for three consecutive years in both the Teen and Senior divisions. Her classes are known for intensity, precision, next-level choreography, and cleaning sessions that transform dancers from the inside out.
Currently pursuing her BSN while continuing her work as a freelance performer, teacher, and choreographer, Camille is deeply committed to technique, strength, and disciplined growth. She pushes her students to train smarter, move stronger, and dance with undeniable confidence.
Chelsea is a professional dancer and choreographer based in Charleston, South Carolina. Growing up as a competitive dancer in Virginia Beach, she trained extensively in various dance styles. Chelsea began earning her choreography and performance degree at Marymount Manhattan College in 2012. While in New York City, Chelsea also trained at The Ailey School and never missed a chance to take additional dance classes at Broadway Dance Center and Steps On Broadway. She then transferred to the College of Charleston to continue her dance training and education. While earning her degrees, Chelsea taught and choreographed at several competitive dance studios, choreographed for a nationally ranked dance team, and assisted artists like Jason Ambrose, Tina Sidoni and Tommy Alexander. After earning her degrees, Chelsea continued to spread her love of dance by teaching in studios and public schools throughout the Lowcountry, choreographing for the South Carolina pageant, and judging at Encore DCS and Shake the Ground dance competitions. Her contemporary, modern, jazz and hip hop pieces have earned several overall high scores, perfect scores and outstanding choreography awards. With 10 years of teaching and choreography experience, Chelsea is excited to spread positivity and support to her students at Stage Door Arts!
Kimberly believes dance should be fun, empowering, and a little bit fearless! She has shared her love of dance as a Hip Hop instructor for over 15 years at Peace Love Hip Hop. She brings high energy and positivity into every class.
